Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently announced that they are going to recruit 20,000 various vacancies. A large number of applications were registered by all the aspiring candidates. The application submission procedure has already been put to an end.
EXAMINATION DETAILS
All the aspiring candidates who had already filled up the application forms are now desperately waiting for the issuance of Admit Card. The SSC conducted its Tier 1 examination in last year on 25th July 2018 which lasts till 20th August 2018. According to to the schedule provided by SSC Tier 2 examinations had been held on 18th January 2019 which lasts till 20th January 2019. The examination will be conducted on the prescribed examination centers of the authority.
The examination will be held in such a manner:
- SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Date 04/06/2019 to 19/06/2019
- SSC CGL Tier 2 (CBE) Exam Date To Be Notified Later
- SSC CGL Tier 3(Des) Exam Date To Be Notified Later
- SSC CGL Tier 4 Exam Date To Be Notified Later
EXAMINATION PATTERN
The candidates who are aspiring for the posts must be aware of the pattern in which they have to give their examination. The examination will be conducted in Objective Type Online examination. CGL does not issue any cut off list for the admissions.
The subjects along with their marking scheme are shown in the table below:

This shows that there are 100 questions of 200 marks and the time duration provided to the applicants for the examination will be of 60 minutes i.e. hour. The concept of negative marking will be followed.
ADMIT CARD DETAILS
All the aspiring candidates for SSC CGL needs to get their admit card before they appear for the examination. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination without their admit card. The admit card will be made available only through online mode and no admit card will be sent through the post to the candidate’s address.
